Organizational Structure of MARADO
MARADO is governed by a Board of Directors comprising up to five members who serve as the highest decision-making authority in the organization. The board is chaired by the Chairperson and convenes annually to review the organization’s progress, set project priorities, and establish strategic plans for the upcoming year.
The day-to-day operations of MARADO are managed by a designated team led by the Executive Director, who brings extensive expertise and knowledge in the fields of development and humanitarian relief. The team ensures the effective implementation of MARADO’s programs and objectives.
The organizational structure includes:
- Executive Director: Responsible for overseeing the overall operations, providing strategic leadership, and maintaining partnerships.
- Program Coordinator: Manages and coordinates all program activities across MARADO’s focus areas, including education, health, food security, and protection.
- Project Officers (2): Implement and monitor specific projects, ensuring they meet their objectives.
- WASH Officer: Leads water, sanitation, and hygiene projects to improve community access to clean water and sanitation facilities.
- Admin and Finance Manager: Oversees administrative tasks and financial operations, including budgeting and reporting.
- Accountant: Manages financial records, transactions, and audits.
- Cashier: Handles cash disbursements and ensures compliance with financial policies.
- Secretary: Provides administrative support, schedules meetings, and maintains organizational records.
